Our cuisine aims to be a representation of the Milanese gastronomy of yesterday and today, it takes inspiration from tradition and is contemporary, in the combinations of flavors and current techniques that allow us to lighten, diversify and experiment, while still creating apparently simple dishes.

Slowfood sees Ratanà as a model to take inspiration from, whereby good, clean and fair is not limited only to the product but also to the ethics of the producer.
A la carte menu
It reflects our philosophy, seasonality, respect for the territory and represents what nature has to offer at that time of the year. The dishes change often and quickly, because an excellent product is not always available in generous quantities.
